the best file organization is the sequential file organization its because it can save space used by the deleted file, unlike other file organization, sequential file can access the record quickly for as long the record doest not belong to the last record for it will make the searching slow.
sequential file organization is reading the file in order.
in comes of file organization for me is the indexes.It is because Indexed is very useful specially when the data is very large.When file is too large and some data are repeated that caused the system crash.In Indexed the data has a unique primary key to avoid redundancy error.And also Indexed is commonly used today example is the telephone companies.The versatility of its keys overrides all its disadvantages with the result that indexed files are the most widely used direct access file organization.
